Sight for Surrey are looking for a qualified Habilitation Specialist to work within a multi-disciplinary team, alongside other qualified Habilitation Specialists.

Applicants are welcome from people holding Specialist Graduate Diploma in Habilitation (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification.  However, we would also welcome applications from qualified Rehabilitation Workers who are interested in studying for the habilitation top-up qualification.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 FTE

Hours: Full time/part time
